- taking a shower with hot water (and I mean hot). It makes me feel so relaxed that I just want to sleep.
- Playing video games gives me the sensation that I'm somewhere else, and if anything goes wrong I just press reset and I start again. Keeps my mind away for a while.
- Take a walk helps me to think better and calm down my mind
