Techniques I use to relax

There are a lot of ways for beating stress, but I often use these three:

  • taking a shower with hot water (and I mean hot). It makes me feel so relaxed that I just want to sleep.
  • Playing video games gives me the sensation that I'm somewhere else, and if anything goes wrong I just press reset and I start again. Keeps my mind away for a while.
  • Take a walk helps me to think better and calm down my mind
